The Kerala Institute for Entrepreneurship Development, Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Kerala is organizing the Yuva Boot camp 2021 to promote entrepreneurship among college students. On December 13, 2021, the Hon'ble Minister for Industries, Law, Coir, Shri P. Rajeev inaugurated the Youth Boot Camp at Ernakulam District. 263 teams of 1318 students from 71 colleges in 14 districts participated in the district level youth program. The 30 selected teams will then be trained at the state level, including mentorship. The sessions for the statewide mentorship programme from February 9 to 13 will be taken by eminent persons from India. Prizes of Rs.10, 000/ - will be given to the 10 teams selected at the state level and KIED will provide assistance including incubation facilities for their projects.
