Essentiality Certificate

Director of Industries & Commerce is issuing Essentiality Certificates for Denatured Spirit, Rectified Spirit (Ethanol), Molasses, Methanol and Extra Neutral Alcohol to industrial units for industrial purposes. The General Managers shall receive the applications for Essentiality Certificate from the units for the above raw materials and forward to the Director of Industries & Commerce with necessary recommendation specifying their requirements. For items other than molasses and spirit, the certificate is issued by General Managers, District Industries Centres.

In the home page of the website- www.serviceonline.gov.in, first click Register Yourself for creating a User ID & Password for login. Then using this User ID & Password the applicant can login to select services. After login, apply for services-Select services – (LOG & Essentiality) )
